Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping to Ireland

Shipping to the United Kingdom

Shipping to the European Union

  • Standard shipping: 4–7 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard shipping: 7–14 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account.

Customs & Duties

For orders outside the EU, customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the order total at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@helloeluna.com with your order number, and we'll help track it down.


RETURNS

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Eluna piece. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including the pouch and any tags.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@helloeluna.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Earrings

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's complete.

Exchanges

Want a different size or style instead? Email us at hello@helloeluna.com and we'll arrange an exchange once your original item is returned.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll resolve it at no cost to you.
